1. Scope of Services:
PestMax UK Limited provides pest control services to both domestic and commercial clients. Our services include but are not limited to inspection, treatment, and prevention of pests as required by the client.
2. Appointment and Payment:
Payment for services is due at the time of the initial appointment unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Failure to make payment may result in the termination of services. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. The fee is £45.00 for late cancellation.
4. Liability:
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our clients and their property, PestMax UK Limited shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or because of our services, except in cases of negligence on our part.
5. Client Cooperation:
Clients are expected to cooperate fully with our technicians, including providing access to the property and following any pre-service instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect the effectiveness of the treatment and could void any treatment guarantees.
6. Confidentiality:
We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the provision of our services to third parties, except as required by law.
7. Termination of Services:
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time, with or without cause. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued for any prepaid services not yet rendered.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
PestMax UK Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
